Blankslate

Blankslate is a private event venue in Benton City, Washington, offering a flexible indoor space for gatherings of up to 120 guests. Its 2,500-square-foot room is designed as a blank canvas, giving event planners the freedom to arrange and style the space to suit the occasion, guest list and chosen look.

The venue welcomes a wide range of celebrations, including weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, graduation parties, reunions, baby showers, quinceañeras, community gatherings and celebrations of life. It also hosts corporate events, company parties, team-building occasions and photography sessions. The venue can be rented for events that run into the evening, with availability until 3 am depending on the booking.

Organisers can add practical rental items and services to their space hire. Options include tables, chairs, linens, a PA system and selected décor pieces. Blankslate can also help with setting up and taking down tables and chairs, as well as event coordination support. These extras allow planners to shape the room while getting assistance with some of the practical details.

There is no kitchen or event-use fridge at the venue, so planners can arrange a caterer of their choice or bring and prepare their own food using the available space. Alcohol may be served with the required Washington State banquet permit. Blankslate offers a locally based option for organisers seeking a customisable setting for private celebrations, weddings or business functions in the Tri-Cities area.
