Aspen Grove

Aspen Grove is an outdoor venue in Incline Village, on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, offering a scenic setting for weddings and celebrations. The grounds sit among aspen trees beside Third Creek, with mountain and forest views. The venue is generally available from June to September and can host gatherings of up to 120 people.

The setting combines a grassy area for ceremonies with space for a reception under the trees. The venue fee includes permanent picnic tables, additional specialty tables, standard linen, place settings, disposable drinkware and up to 120 white folding ceremony chairs. Guests also have use of a small building with restrooms, outdoor heaters and a propane fire pit. Ten parking spaces next to the venue are reserved for the wedding party, with additional overflow parking nearby.

Aspen Grove is suited to couples planning an outdoor ceremony and reception, particularly those drawn to a relaxed, natural backdrop rather than a traditional ballroom. The venue team can assist with event details such as the floorplan, timeline and food and drink arrangements. Catering and banquet service are available through the venue's team, and outside catering is not permitted. Couples can arrange a rehearsal time ahead of the event, subject to the venue schedule. Tent hire is an option through outside suppliers, which can be useful when planning for changeable weather. Aspen Grove is close to Incline Village beaches and within walking distance of the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, making it a convenient base for wedding guests staying in the area.
