Karen Rose

Puderstraße 3, 12435 Berlin, Germany

Karen Rose creates and leads creative workshops that put making things together and sustainability at their heart. The offer is aimed at companies, teams, private groups and event planners looking for an interactive programme for a special occasion. The workshops can be booked as a team event, part of a company celebration, a wellbeing day, a sustainability day, a summer party or a Christmas party. Hen parties, baby showers and birthdays can also be complemented with a suitable DIY format.

With guidance, participants make their own products and learn more about materials, ingredients and sustainable alternatives. Options include natural cosmetics, eco-friendly cleaning products, scented candles, soap, herb and flower salts, as well as creative upcycling and terrazzo projects. The content and schedule can be tailored to the occasion, group size and preferred duration. Alongside traditional workshops, short hands-on activity stations are available for larger events, where guests can drop in at their convenience and take home a product they have made themselves.

The formats are suitable for small teams as well as larger company events. Workshops can take place at the Berlin studio, at the client's premises or at a hired event venue. They can be held in German or English. For online sessions, materials are sent to participants in advance. This gives organisers a guided, hands-on experience that brings together creativity, conversation and practical ideas for using resources more thoughtfully in everyday life. No prior experience is required, and the materials needed are provided to suit each workshop.
