24th Street Loft

24th Street Loft is a spacious, light-filled Manhattan location available for events and creative productions. Its 4,500 sq ft open-plan interior gives organisers room to shape the setting for brand launches, presentations, receptions, private gatherings and other event formats. Large windows bring daylight into the loft from several directions, while the adaptable layout and movable furniture make it easier to arrange the space around the occasion.

The loft also suits photo and video shoots, fashion editorials and other productions that benefit from natural light and practical on-site facilities. A fully equipped kitchen supports food preparation and catering teams, and organisers can make use of a dedicated hair and make-up area, dressing facilities and a selection of furniture and production supplies. The distinctive bathroom, with French doors, a freestanding bath and shower, offers another visually interesting setting for shoots.

Practical details help teams plan their day. The venue has Wi-Fi, a surround sound system and substantial electrical capacity for production equipment. A freight lift is available for moving equipment, props and catering supplies, with specific access arrangements to consider when planning load-in and load-out. Located on West 24th Street in Chelsea, the loft is close to public transport, local parking, hotels and restaurants. Organisers can enquire about availability and discuss how the space could work for their event or production.
