Heslam Park Club

Heslam Park Club is a private-hire venue in Scunthorpe, offering rooms for weddings, family celebrations, social occasions and business events. Set within the home of Scunthorpe RUFC and Scunthorpe Town Cricket Club, it combines a community-club setting with dedicated spaces for gatherings of different sizes and styles.

The 1929 Suite is the largest function room, with capacity for up to 150 guests. It is suited to wedding receptions, parties, seated dinners and larger celebrations, and includes a modern bar, surround sound, large screens and access to an outdoor veranda. Couples can enquire about tailored wedding packages, and the venue is licensed for civil ceremonies, making it possible to hold both the ceremony and reception at Heslam Park.

For smaller occasions, the Louie Clayton Lounge accommodates up to 60 guests. Its bar, comfortable seating and screens make it a relaxed option for social events and intimate gatherings. The O Hara Suite offers a more private setting for meetings, training sessions and smaller professional events, with media displays and sound equipment.

Event organisers can also arrange conferences, exhibitions, christenings, dinner dances, wakes and memorial gatherings. An in-house catering team can provide options including seated meals, afternoon tea, buffets and simpler refreshments. The team can discuss event requirements and adapt arrangements to suit the occasion, from practical meeting needs to the details of a wedding celebration. With several rooms, catering and dedicated event support available, Heslam Park provides a local venue for organisers planning private and business functions in Scunthorpe.
