Salt & Acres

Salt & Acres is a farm and vineyard venue near Fort Lupton, Colorado, offering a countryside setting for weddings, private celebrations and corporate gatherings. Its 45-acre property combines a tasting room with outdoor gathering areas, including decks, a lawn and a waterside ceremony location. Couples can choose from intimate wedding experiences for up to 60 guests, a full-service celebration for 60 to 150 guests, or a venue-only option for a more customised event using approved suppliers.

The property also welcomes private and semi-private events such as rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, holiday parties, team gatherings and business meetings. Depending on the event and availability, organisers can reserve a designated outdoor area or arrange exclusive use of the tasting room. The team provides an event contact to help guide planning, and food and beverage arrangements are part of the private-event offering. Some celebrations can also include floral and candle styling.

Salt & Acres suits organisers looking for a relaxed rural atmosphere with vineyard scenery and spaces for guests to gather indoors and outside. The venue's event options are planned around the occasion, group size and desired level of privacy. Wedding packages include choices ranging from a smaller hosted gathering to a larger property-wide celebration, while venue-only hire gives couples flexibility to shape the day with approved vendors. For other gatherings, the team can discuss available dates, event formats and suitable spaces. The property is located in Colorado, outside Fort Lupton, and offers a distinctive setting for celebrating together away from the city.
