Clark Plantation

Clark Plantation is a rustic barn venue in Newberry, Florida, for weddings, receptions and other celebrations. Its open-air barn combines country character with features such as chandeliers, draping, a large fireplace and decorative lighting. Outside, landscaped grounds with mature pecan trees, stone paths and a fire pit provide additional settings for ceremonies, photographs and time with guests. Indoor and outdoor areas allow organisers to shape the day around their plans, whether they are hosting a smaller gathering or a celebration for up to around 250 people.

The venue’s offer is especially suited to weddings. Couples can choose from packages that include use of the barn and ceremony site, tables and chairs, dressing areas for the wedding party, and access to on-site photo locations. Depending on the selected package, support can include rehearsal coordination, set-up and clearing of decorations, table coverings, décor and planning assistance. A full-time event director is available to guide couples through arrangements and help tailor a package to their requirements. The venue also recommends local photographers and caterers, while couples may bring their own approved suppliers.

Clark Plantation also welcomes corporate events and private parties, with its indoor and outdoor spaces offering options for different types of gathering. The property is about 15 minutes west of Gainesville and provides a quiet setting while remaining within reach of the city. Organisers can arrange a visit to see the spaces, discuss guest numbers and review the available package options. Tables, chairs and benches, accessible facilities and event coordination support help with practical planning, while the surrounding grounds give hosts additional room to create a day that suits their guests and occasion.
