Postwick Village Hall & Social Club

Postwick Village Hall & Social Club is a community venue available to hire in Postwick, just outside Norwich. It welcomes organisers planning a range of gatherings, including birthday parties, wedding receptions, anniversaries, meetings, fairs, hobby groups and sporting events. The hall can also accommodate training sessions and other community activities, making it suitable for both one-off celebrations and regular group bookings.

The main hall is hired together with the venue's other indoor facilities rather than as a separate room. The building includes a social area with tables and chairs, a meeting room and a fully equipped kitchen. Tables and up to 100 chairs are available, and the stated maximum capacity is 100 people. Organisers can request use of the licensed bar, with bar staff provided when arranged. Saturday evening bookings have a set time package, so it is worth checking the booking terms when planning an event.

Outside, guests can make use of a patio area and adjoining playing field, with parking beside the hall. The site also has a children's playground. Its location near Norwich and the NDR makes it a practical choice for local and visiting groups. The hall highlights renewable energy, including wind, solar and ground-source heating, as part of its approach to running the venue. Organisers can check availability and submit a provisional booking online, and should contact the hall to confirm current arrangements, facilities and any requirements for their event.
