The Outlet Event Center

The Outlet Event Center is a private event venue in Edwardsville, Illinois, for organisers planning weddings, business functions and personal celebrations. Its indoor space combines exposed brick, reclaimed wood and a relaxed, contemporary feel, with an outdoor patio and open greenspace available for gatherings that benefit from fresh air. The venue can host events ranging from smaller occasions to larger celebrations, with the layout and indoor-outdoor options helping organisers shape the setting to suit their guest list and plans.

The venue welcomes wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, networking events, fundraisers, holiday parties, birthdays, showers, anniversaries and other milestone gatherings. In-house event coordinators work with organisers on schedules, budgets, menus and event details, and can liaise with other suppliers. The venue also provides set-up and breakdown as part of its full-facility rental package.

Food and drink are part of the offering. The kitchen prepares custom menus, with choices that can include buffet meals, plated dinners, appetisers and themed food. A private bar serves drinks, including cocktails. Organisers can also make use of the venue's standard audiovisual facilities, presentation stage, screens and televisions, alongside tables and chairs.

For a more informal or entertainment-led occasion, guests can enjoy indoor games such as billiards, darts and shuffleboard, as well as outdoor activities including bocce and yard games. The patio, dance floor and flexible event areas create options for both structured programmes and socialising. Located on the Edison’s Entertainment Complex campus, The Outlet provides a setting where a meeting, reception or celebration can combine dining, drinks and activities in one place.
