The Eleanor

The Eleanor is a bookable event venue in downtown Austin's historic Warehouse District, offering a distinctive setting for private celebrations and business events. Its two floors provide 3,750 square feet of space, with room for up to 275 guests standing or 175 seated. Organisers can use the whole venue or plan around its separate areas, including a front lounge and bar, a main room with a dance floor, and a mezzanine with balcony seating. The venue's layout can suit receptions, dinners, meetings, presentations, parties and other gatherings.

The space is available for wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as corporate receptions, networking events, holiday parties, birthdays, fundraisers, panel discussions, marketing activations and product launches. The team works with organisers on event planning and delivery, with an event manager overseeing each booking and hospitality staff supporting guests on the day.

Bar service is provided in-house, with staffed bars, a broad drinks selection and the option to create a tailored cocktail menu. Food is arranged through the venue's selected catering partners, with choices ranging from light bites to multi-course meals. The venue also has a preparation kitchen for catering use.

On-site features include a PA system, projection equipment, a screen, wireless microphones, a DJ booth and a removable stage. Sofas, tables, bar stools and other furniture are available, and the team can help arrange additional rentals. Organisers can also enquire about entertainment, photography, videography and photo booths. The Eleanor's combination of flexible rooms, event support, food and drink options, and built-in presentation and music facilities makes it a practical choice for a range of Austin events.
