The 405 Venue

The 405 is a large, flexible event venue in downtown Greenville, South Carolina, suited to organisers planning weddings, corporate functions and social celebrations. Its modern, light-coloured interior offers a blank canvas for different event styles, while a covered outdoor patio gives guests another space to gather. The venue has three indoor galleries and can accommodate events for around 150 to 800 guests, depending on the layout and occasion.

Organisers can book the space for weddings and elopements, training seminars, company events, fundraising galas, networking receptions, family reunions, holiday celebrations and other gatherings. For weddings, the venue has a getting-ready suite, a space for ceremonies and a patio connected to one of its galleries. On-site ceremonies can be arranged, and wedding coordination is available to help couples prepare for the day.

The venue offers rental periods of eight or fourteen hours, with weddings booked in a fourteen-hour block. Tables, chairs, venue staff, security and access to nearby parking are included in the rental. The team can also assist with room layouts, set-up and breakdown, bar service, linen and tableware rentals, and audio-visual support. Catering is available through in-house arrangements or approved catering partners, while organisers can ask about other vendors and services to suit their plans.

With its adaptable galleries, covered patio and event support, The 405 provides a central Greenville setting for both intimate celebrations and large gatherings.
