Le Caillavet

900 Route de Lacanau, 33160 Saint-Aubin-de-Médoc, France

In Saint-Aubin-de-Médoc, near Bordeaux, Le Caillavet welcomes organisers looking for a venue for a private or corporate event. The estate is set in leafy surroundings and offers several spaces, allowing the layout to be adapted to the size and style of the event. The large hall is suitable for large receptions, while a stone lounge with a fireplace and bar offers a more intimate setting for smaller groups or winter evenings.

The outdoor areas complement the rooms: a terrace is available for welcoming guests for a cocktail reception or a drinks reception, and the park can host a secular ceremony or activities. The venue states that it can accommodate up to 250 people for a cocktail reception and 190 guests seated at tables in the large hall. Tables and chairs are available on site, with the option to add further furniture as needed. The reception spaces are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The estate hosts weddings, christenings, birthday celebrations, family meals, gala dinners and corporate events, among others. The kitchen team also offers bespoke menus made with fresh, local and seasonal produce, from cocktail receptions to sit-down meals. Organisers can talk to the team in advance, arrange a tasting and visit the estate to plan how their reception will run. A list of partner suppliers is also available to make it easier to find additional services.
