Washington State Fair Event Center

The Washington State Fair Event Center in Puyallup offers a collection of indoor and outdoor spaces for organisers planning events of many sizes. Its facilities include expansive exhibition buildings, an arena, a pavilion, meeting rooms, barns and distinctive reception spaces. Organisers can enquire about individual rooms or larger areas suited to events that need room for exhibitors, audiences, livestock or activities.

The site hosts trade and consumer shows, conferences, seminars, company functions, receptions, private parties, weddings, auctions and animal shows. The range of buildings makes it possible to choose a setting that suits the event, whether that means a large, open exhibition floor, a more intimate meeting space or a venue with a rustic character. Some facilities have features such as climate control, built-in sound systems, accessible entrances and toilets, exhibitor loading access, nearby parking and spaces for catering or concessions. Available amenities vary by building.

The rental and event services team helps organisers explore suitable facilities and request a proposal. Event support can include on-site operational staff and assistance with practical arrangements from set-up through to tear-down. Organisers can also review facility-specific information and event guidance when preparing their plans. Catering and other services are subject to the centre's requirements and may need to be arranged through approved providers.

Located in Puyallup, the event centre provides a substantial venue option for organisers serving the South Puget Sound area. Its mix of exhibition infrastructure, flexible halls and smaller function spaces can accommodate public events as well as private and corporate gatherings. Organisers can contact the team to discuss their event format, guest numbers and space requirements.
