The Crown
- Schuttevaerweg 57, 3044 BA Rotterdam, Netherlands
The venue has a reception area where guests are welcomed before entering the main hall. Wedding couples have a separate room where they can take a moment to themselves or get ready during the day. There is also a 50-square-metre play area for children, with supervision and facilities to keep them occupied. In addition, there are separate prayer rooms for men and women, with a washing area.
The Crown has its own parking facilities and, according to the venue, is easy to reach. The hall can be hired privately, including outside normal hours, and the website states that it is available to hire at any time of day. For a wedding or another event, the layout can be tailored to the organiser's wishes. Options, packages and additional services are discussed when a quote is requested. A viewing can be arranged in advance, allowing organisers to see the rooms for themselves and discuss the options.
With its large hall, additional rooms and flexible layout, The Crown is suitable for both celebrations and corporate events. The venue focuses particularly on weddings, but also welcomes organisers of galas, receptions, gatherings and other events looking for a private hall in Rotterdam.
