Ice House

Ice House is a downtown Louisville event venue offering a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, receptions, corporate functions and private celebrations. Its four distinct areas give event planners room to shape the setting around their guest list and plans, from a large gathering in the Main Hall to a smaller dinner or cocktail reception in the Mezzanine.

The Main Hall features a built-in stage, full-service bar and capacity for seated dinners, presentations or standing receptions. Large glass doors connect it with the East Terrace, creating an indoor-outdoor layout for occasions that benefit from a separate space to mingle. The terrace has its own bar and lounge furniture. On the third floor, the Rooftop Garden offers landscaped outdoor space, a permanent bar and a built-in stage or altar area. It is especially suited to wedding ceremonies, while the adjacent rooftop patio can be arranged as an additional bar or lounge.

For weddings, the venue provides event specialists to help with planning details such as layouts, timelines and vendor communication. Couples can also access a preferred supplier list, sample table settings and a bridal suite, with on-site coordination available for an additional fee. The venue also welcomes family celebrations, including birthdays, anniversaries and graduation parties, as well as corporate events and charitable functions.

Crushed Ice Catering is the exclusive in-house caterer, with customised menus and food service for events at the venue. Organisers can arrange a tour and discuss which spaces and services best suit their event.
