The Ridge Room

The Ridge Room is a private event venue in Webster Groves, Missouri, offering a warm, characterful setting for weddings, celebrations and get-togethers. Located above Rolling Ridge Nursery, the space combines exposed brick, historic wooden flooring and an inviting interior for gatherings with family, friends or colleagues.

The main room measures approximately 25 by 45 feet, with an adjoining cosy nook and two garden patios. Its standard café-style arrangement seats around 90 guests, and the team can adapt the layout for formal dining, a standing reception or theatre-style seating. Tables and chairs are available, while organisers can arrange their own décor and make use of the venue's display ring for floral or balloon arrangements.

The venue has a full-service bar, with options including hosted tabs or a cash bar. Alcohol is supplied through The Ridge Room, while guests may bring non-alcoholic drinks. Organisers can choose catering from the venue's preferred provider, Balkan Treat Box, or bring in outside food, subject to the venue's requirements. A room attendant is on site during rentals, and the team can help with setup arrangements for an additional fee.

The Ridge Room suits intimate wedding celebrations, showers, birthdays, private parties and social or business gatherings. Rentals are offered in four-hour blocks, with additional time available by arrangement. The venue provides a Bluetooth speaker system, and organisers may bring additional equipment such as a DJ setup or projector. Its flexible format gives event planners room to shape the gathering around their guest list, preferred layout and plans for food and drinks.
