De Klas

Sporkijnstraat 8, 8630 Veurne, Belgium

De Klas is a versatile event venue in Veurne, offering organisers their own space for a wide range of gatherings. The venue is suitable for both private parties and business events, from birthdays, family celebrations, baby showers and wedding receptions to seminars, workshops, corporate events and receptions. Depending on the layout, it can accommodate up to 200 guests standing or 150 seated.

You can book the space for a morning, afternoon, evening or full day. Tables and chairs are included, as is use of the garden, toilet facilities, heating and electricity. The bar and kitchen are also available. The bar has a draught beer system and refrigeration. De Klas can provide drinks and is happy to discuss any special requests. You can choose your own catering option and caterer. If you wish, the team can advise you on caterers and on additional furniture, decoration or practical help with organising your event.

The decor playfully evokes a classroom, with features including a blackboard and details reminiscent of a former typing class. This distinctive atmosphere makes the venue suitable for both informal evening parties and gatherings with a programme. Organisers can arrange and use the space as they wish.
