181 Ranch

Set among the open grounds of Bixby, Oklahoma, 181 Ranch offers a distinctive country setting for weddings, private celebrations and corporate gatherings. The venue combines a large, heated indoor barn space with outdoor grounds, giving organisers room to shape an event around its style, guest list and plans. The rustic wood floor, ranch surroundings and adaptable layout create a relaxed backdrop for both formal occasions and lively parties.

The venue is available for private hire, so organisers can hold their event without another booking taking place on the premises during their rental period. Its facilities include lounge and dressing areas, accessible climate-controlled restrooms, an in-house sound and PA system, indoor and outdoor bars, and ambient string lighting. Rustic decorative pieces are available to use, while chair and linen options can be tailored to the event's colours and look. Organisers may arrange their own set-up or ask the team to handle it, and the open vendor policy allows them to select suppliers that suit their plans.

Weddings are a featured part of the offering, with the grounds and barn available for ceremonies and receptions, as well as smaller celebrations. The space also suits birthdays, fundraisers, company festivals, awards banquets, proms and other group occasions. Capacity and arrangements can be adapted for different event sizes, with seating provided for up to 160 guests as a baseline and larger gatherings accommodated by arrangement. Flexible hire periods, on-site management during bookings and planning visits help organisers prepare for the day. Based in Bixby, 181 Ranch serves event planners seeking a private, characterful venue in the Tulsa area.
