In the heart of the Pays d’Auge, La Bergerie Le Doux Marais welcomes wedding and private reception organisers in a typically Norman rural setting. Housed in a former farm, the estate combines characterful buildings, outdoor spaces and facilities suited to different types of celebration.

The venue has two separate rooms, allowing you to choose a layout based on the number of guests and the course of the event. The main room, measuring around 180 m², can accommodate up to 180 people for a reception. A second space with a covered terrace offers further options for organising a drinks reception, a vin d’honneur or a separate informal gathering. The garden and outdoor areas can also be used for a humanist ceremony or time spent together outdoors.

The venue is particularly well suited to weddings, birthdays and family gatherings. Organisers can arrange a seated meal, a buffet, a drinks reception and an evening of dancing. A kitchen is available for the caterer, and the estate can be hired without requiring the use of a particular catering provider. Spaces and games for children, a car park and facilities accessible to people with reduced mobility make it easier to welcome guests.

On-site accommodation allows some guests to extend the celebration and avoid travelling after the evening’s festivities. The estate therefore offers a rural setting suited to events taking place over a day or a weekend, with several spaces for organising the different stages of the reception.
