Wervik Stoasche

Stationsstraat 17, 8940 Wervik, Belgium

Wervik Stoasche is a venue for celebrations and meetings in Wervik's former railway station. Its authentic atmosphere and preserved historical details give the room its own character. Organisers can hire the space for a range of events, including wedding celebrations, receptions, baby showers, birthdays, workshops, meetings and corporate events.
The room can accommodate up to 100 guests seated and up to 130 people for a reception or walking dinner. Tables, chairs and high tables are available. Part of the space can be screened off for smaller groups or a separate children's activity. The venue also has a terrace and a listed bar, giving guests space to gather both indoors and outdoors.
There are two projectors with screens for presentations. A sound and lighting system is also available, making it ideal for speeches, music or an evening celebration. The professional kitchen is equipped for use during events. The venue is hired without a caterer, so organisers can choose their own. Drinks such as soft drinks, beer and coffee are provided. Breakfast and dessert buffets, among other options, can be prepared by the owner on request. There is also space on the terrace or at the front for, for example, a food truck or a bouncy castle. This allows organisers to tailor the venue to the atmosphere and format of their event.
