Ville de La Loupe - Salle des fêtes Pierre Sergent

1 Place Vauban, 28240 La Loupe, France

The Salle des fêtes Pierre Sergent, available to hire from the Ville de La Loupe, welcomes organisers looking for a space to bring together family, guests or association members. It is particularly suited to private parties, meals and community events, in a municipal setting in the heart of La Loupe. An annex complements the main hall, offering extra layout options to suit the needs of each event.
The town hall offers day hire as well as weekend packages. Terms and prices vary depending on the time of year and the applicant's place of residence. The sound system is included in the hire price. Tables and chairs may also be provided, with different arrangements for local associations and other hirers. It is therefore useful to specify the planned event format and equipment requirements when making an enquiry.
Bookings and enquiries are handled by the municipal services. The keys can be collected in accordance with the arrangements specified by the town hall, with set collection times for day hires and weekend hires. This hall is a practical option for residents, associations and local organisers looking for a dedicated venue for their gathering without having to manage the hire of private facilities themselves. To plan your event, contact the town hall to check availability, applicable terms and the equipment you need.
