Evergreen Lake House

Set beside Evergreen Lake in the Colorado mountains, Evergreen Lake House offers a distinctive setting for weddings, receptions and other gatherings. The rustic log building combines a mountain-lodge feel with views across the water, giving event planners a memorable backdrop for both indoor occasions and outdoor ceremonies.

The venue has two main spaces: a Great Room with a large stone fireplace and a smaller Octagon Room. They can be rented separately when available or together, with the Great Room accommodating larger groups. The property has around 5,000 square feet of event space and can host up to 200 guests. For ceremonies by the lake, the outdoor deck can seat up to 100 people. Tables, chairs and a district staff member are included with the rental, and staff provide the initial room set-up.

Event uses include weddings, banquets, conferences, meetings, family reunions, memorials, parties, retreats and team-building gatherings. Rentals are arranged in set time blocks, with dates and room availability confirmed directly with the venue. Organisers should plan their own catering through a licensed caterer, as food service is not provided as an in-house catering package. A prep kitchen is available for caterers, while linens and table settings are not included.
