Stadthalle Eltmann

Marktplatz 8, 97483 Eltmann, Germany

Stadthalle Eltmann is a municipal event venue in the town centre and can be hired for events. It is suitable for cultural programmes such as theatre performances, concerts and talks, as well as receptions and other occasions. Event planners can reserve different rooms and outdoor areas to suit their needs.

The facilities include the Stadthalle with a bar, a kitchen, the Klenzesaal, the Amtsgerichtskeller and the garden. According to the reservation form, the Klenzesaal is intended for wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as talks. This makes it possible to choose a room based on the nature and schedule of the event, whether a larger communal setting or a smaller side room is needed. The town lists the hall as a venue for cultural events and events that attract people from beyond the local area.

Accessories can also be requested in addition to the rooms. The reservation form lists items including crockery and cutlery, cups, plates, glasses, a coffee machine and high tables. To book, applicants must submit a form stating the occasion, date, times, expected number of guests and rooms required. The town administration organises the hire. According to the form, a deposit must be paid before the keys are handed over.

With its location on the market square, Stadthalle offers a municipal event venue in the centre of Eltmann. Those interested can contact the town administration to ask about availability, suitable rooms and the accessories they need. This makes it possible to tailor the venue's use to the planned schedule, from a talk or reception to a cultural event.
