Espace Kaori

141 Ar Palud, 29870 Landéda, France

At the port of the Aber Wrac'h, Espace Kaori offers organisers a venue for private hire, where they can bring together teams, clients, partners or loved ones in a waterside setting. Set in a contemporary timber-framed building, the venue combines a bright room with a garden and terrace. It is well suited to business meetings, seminars, team-building days, company evenings and private receptions. The room can accommodate up to 60 people seated for a reception.
For work sessions, the venue can be hired by the day, half-day or for several days. It has Wi-Fi, a projector, a screen, a sound system and a flip chart. The team can arrange the room to suit your needs and support organisers throughout the seminar. Packages can include a coffee reception, refreshments and meals, either on site or at the port. Accommodation is also available nearby for business stays.
Companies can complement their programme with team-building activities tailored to the group, such as a kayak rally, a treasure hunt, a cycling trip or a culinary discovery of seaweed. For evening events, the team can help create a themed atmosphere, organise a cocktail reception or arrange entertainment. Private individuals can also book the venue for a family reception. The indoor space, garden and terrace are available, along with furniture on site. No suppliers are imposed, giving organisers the freedom to choose their own partners while allowing them to prioritise local products and expertise.
