Poplar Hall

Poplar Hall is a riverside venue in Appleton, Wisconsin, offering a flexible setting for weddings, business functions and private celebrations. Its position beside the Fox River brings water views into the event space, with large windows making the most of the natural light and scenery.

The venue has two levels, with a main floor and a mezzanine that can be used together or arranged for different parts of an occasion. For example, guests might gather upstairs before moving downstairs for dinner. The space can accommodate up to 190 people for a seated event, while the mezzanine can suit a smaller gathering of up to 80. This range makes Poplar Hall an option for both larger receptions and more intimate occasions.

Organisers can consider the venue for wedding receptions, conferences, birthday parties, baby showers, meetings and other gatherings. The building includes a catering kitchen for event food preparation, along with video and audio equipment for presentations, speeches and entertainment. Outdoor space and views of the river offer another setting for guests to enjoy during an event. A nearby Courtyard by Marriott provides accommodation close to the venue for guests who wish to stay overnight.

Poplar Hall also hosts public live music performances, reflecting the space's use for concerts as well as private bookings. Event organisers can contact the team to discuss their occasion and arrange a visit. Whether planning a wedding celebration, a company gathering or a family party, organisers can shape the layout and use of the two-level space to suit their plans.
