The Lioba-Hütte and its grounds are set in the Renningen mountain forest and offer groups a simple, nature-focused place to spend time together outdoors. The grounds are suitable for weekend stays, camping trips, class celebrations and social gatherings with family or friends, among other things. Schools and non-profit organisations can also enquire about booking the venue.

The hut has two rooms for groups of up to 30 and 12 people respectively. Facilities include a small self-catering kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet. Outside, a covered seating area provides a place to sit together, and there is also a washing area. Water comes from a private well, and electricity is supplied by a generator. Smaller groups can bring sleeping mats for overnight stays. Larger groups can stay overnight on the grounds in their own tents, with space for up to 25 people.

The outdoor grounds include various areas for different activities: a barbecue area with a fire pit, a camping and play field, and a further field for gatherings. This makes it possible to combine a stay, shared meals and activities in the countryside. The facilities are deliberately simple and intended for self-catering, so event organisers should plan to bring their own food and sleeping equipment. Anyone interested can contact the hut wardens for information about available dates and booking requests.
