Domaine du Relais de Poyers hosts private and business events in Orphin, in the Yvelines, between Rambouillet and Épernon. Around an hour from Paris, this reception venue combines renovated indoor spaces with a rural setting suited to gatherings.

Organisers can hire one of the estate's two rooms, listed as covering 220 m² and 130 m². The larger room can accommodate up to 150 people seated. These spaces are particularly suitable for weddings, birthdays, christenings, golden wedding anniversaries and business seminars. Their layout can be adapted to a variety of formats, from a family meal to a professional gathering.

The estate covers seven hectares and includes a landscaped garden as well as extensive parkland. These outdoor areas give guests the chance to enjoy the setting at different points during the reception and give organisers more options for planning how their day will unfold. The venue can therefore host meetings or meals indoors while also providing space for guests to socialise outdoors.

To plan their event, clients can request a quote and, if they wish, obtain contact details for partners working in areas such as decoration, flowers, entertainment, catering, accommodation or equipment hire. This introduction can make it easier to find suppliers, while the choice of services and the arrangements remain to be determined according to the project's needs. Domaine du Relais de Poyers is therefore suited to event planners and private individuals looking for a venue to hire where they can bring their guests together in peaceful surroundings, with several spaces and a park on site.
