Rio Cibolo Ranch

Set on 100 acres beside Cibolo Creek in Marion, Texas, Rio Cibolo Ranch offers event planners a choice of indoor and outdoor settings for gatherings of different sizes. The working ranch’s grounds, pecan trees and creek provide a distinctive backdrop for weddings, company celebrations, retreats, reunions, fundraisers, concerts and other special occasions.

The Lily House suits smaller gatherings, with indoor space, a creekside deck, a bar area and a commercial preparation kitchen. It can host intimate celebrations, dinners and corporate retreats. For larger occasions, The Corral is a covered event space with a stage, bars, patio and commercial kitchen. The venue is designed for events ranging from company picnics and holiday parties to festivals and concerts. The surrounding gardens and creekside grounds can also be used for ceremonies and outdoor receptions.

Wedding organisers can plan ceremonies and receptions across the ranch, with options for both smaller groups and larger guest lists. The venue describes support for wedding coordination, catering arrangements and bar service, while allowing planners to discuss outside suppliers and event requirements with the team. Nearby, Son's Rio Cibolo has cabins and resort facilities, giving guests the option to stay overnight and extend an event into a retreat or wedding weekend.

Located around 25 minutes from San Antonio, Rio Cibolo Ranch welcomes planners to arrange a tour and discuss the spaces, guest numbers and practical details for their event. Its combination of flexible event facilities, outdoor scenery and adjacent accommodation makes it suitable for occasions that bring guests together for a single day or a longer stay.
