Passalino's

Passalino's is a historic downtown Louisville venue for weddings, receptions and other special gatherings. Set in a former bank, the space pairs ornate architectural details and distinctive clocks with contemporary touches, a skylit interior, greenery and a mezzanine. Its character makes it a fitting setting for couples seeking an elegant backdrop, as well as organisers planning a reception or special event in the city.

The venue can accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated event with a dance floor. Couples may hold their ceremony and reception in the same location, and the team can rearrange the space between the two. Bookings include exclusive venue access for 12 hours, with tables, Chiavari chairs and linens, as well as set-up, floorplan assistance and clear-down support. Bridal and groom suites provide separate spaces for the wedding party to prepare.

Passalino's also offers a full bar with professional bartenders, along with options such as personalised uplighting and bar signage. Alcohol service is managed by the venue, and catering must be selected from its approved list. Organisers can otherwise work with outside vendors who meet the venue's requirements. Event insurance is required, and events must finish by midnight within the booked access period.

The venue invites prospective clients to arrange a tour and request a quote tailored to their date, guest numbers and plans. Its mix of historic surroundings and practical event support gives wedding and event planners a distinctive Louisville location for a celebration with ceremony, dining and dancing in one place.
