The Carolina Estate

The Carolina Estate is a wedding and event venue in Roxboro, North Carolina, set on 23 acres of landscaped grounds beside a large pond. The former Roxboro Country Club clubhouse has been adapted for weddings, private celebrations and professional gatherings, with more than 11,000 square feet of indoor event space and several outdoor settings.

Couples can use the estate for ceremonies and receptions, intimate weddings and elopements, or multi-day celebrations. Indoor rooms and outdoor locations offer options for different parts of the day, while dedicated bridal and groom's suites provide private places to get ready. The ballroom, terrace, lounge and smaller function rooms can be arranged for receptions, dinners and other gatherings. Wedding celebrations from different cultural traditions are welcome, including events spread across several days.

The venue also hosts occasions beyond weddings. Organisers can enquire about corporate meetings and retreats, private dinners, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, holiday parties, proms, fundraisers, class reunions and photoshoots. Its rooms are designed to be adaptable, so smaller spaces may also suit meetings or more intimate events. The grounds, pond views and indoor spaces give planners a choice of settings while keeping different parts of an event within the same estate.

The Carolina Estate's team works with clients to explore the spaces and plan the venue setup for their occasion. Event planners can arrange a tour to discuss their requirements, view the available rooms and outdoor areas, and check dates and pricing. The estate serves Roxboro and nearby communities, including the Durham and Raleigh areas.
