Spring Studios

Spring Studios offers event planners a collection of flexible spaces in Tribeca, Lower Manhattan. The venue brings together large production studios, smaller rooms and distinctive shared spaces, which can be booked individually or combined for a larger event. Options include open-plan studios, a street-level gallery, a rooftop terrace, meeting and board rooms, private dining rooms, lounges and a mezzanine. The range makes it possible to plan anything from a focused meeting or dinner to a multi-space production or large reception.

The studios are suited to fashion shows, conferences, galas, film screenings, product launches, brand activations and corporate gatherings. Several can be joined or configured to accommodate different layouts, while built-in sound systems, rigging and production facilities support events with technical requirements. Greenrooms and production rooms are available with selected studios, providing useful space for talent preparation and event teams.

The rooftop terrace offers an outdoor setting for receptions, screenings and company events, with views across Tribeca and the Hudson River. Smaller rooms and private dining spaces provide alternatives for board meetings, executive gatherings and hosted dinners. Event organisers can also enquire about production and event packages that combine the venue with selected furniture, audiovisual equipment and branding elements.

Located at 6 St Johns Lane, Spring Studios is within walking distance of several subway lines. Organisers can request venue information and discuss space, event format and booking requirements with the team. The building's mix of adaptable rooms, production infrastructure and hospitality areas gives planners several ways to shape an event around their guest numbers and programme.
