The Venue at Wings

The Venue at Wings in Edmond, Oklahoma, provides bookable indoor and outdoor spaces for organisers planning celebrations, meetings and other gatherings. The setting includes a banquet room and reception areas, with a gazebo and dock beside a lake and landscaped grounds. This mix gives planners a choice of indoor facilities and an outdoor backdrop for different parts of an event.

Rental packages for the training centre include tables and chairs, access to a catering kitchen, AV and technology, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated facilitator on standby. A pre-function lobby and second-floor common area may also be available, with separate arrangements and pricing. Booking time includes set-up and pack-down, while organisers who need access the day before can add extra hours. The venue lists standard booking hours between 8 am and 5 pm, with an additional facility fee for after-hours events.

The spaces can suit private celebrations, wedding-related gatherings, meetings, memorials and community occasions. Organisers can contact the venue to ask about dates, pricing and which areas best fit their plans. The venue also has a wider community purpose: income supports Wings' work with adults with developmental disabilities, and members gain vocational experience through tasks such as preparing and cleaning the space. Hiring the venue therefore supports both an event and the organisation's programmes, while providing members with practical workplace learning opportunities.
