Haus 820

Haus 820 is an event venue in Lakeland, Florida, set in a restored historic warehouse near the city centre. Its industrial character, with white brickwork, tall rafters and polished concrete floors, gives organisers a distinctive setting that can be styled for different occasions. The open-plan interior offers room to arrange a ceremony, reception, dinner, meeting or celebration, with layouts adaptable to the event and guest list.

A large outdoor courtyard adds another option for ceremonies, drinks receptions and gatherings in the open air. Inside, venue features include a bar, a finishing kitchen for caterers, a bridal suite and event furniture such as chairs and tables. Organisers can bring their own licensed and insured suppliers, making it possible to shape the catering, décor and entertainment around the occasion. Optional packages are also available for clients who prefer a more coordinated approach, including wedding and social or corporate event packages.

Haus 820 welcomes a broad mix of bookings, from weddings and receptions to corporate functions, conferences, private celebrations, markets and community events. The venue is offered as a flexible backdrop rather than a fixed-format space, so planners can make use of the building's scale and character to create an event that suits their brief. Its Lakeland location, close to downtown and accessible from the I-4 corridor, is convenient for guests travelling from across Central Florida. Organisers can enquire about availability, arrange a tour and discuss the space and package options with the venue team.
