Ausstellungs-GmbH Tarmstedt
- Wendohweg, 27412 Tarmstedt, Germany
The exhibition grounds in Tarmstedt are home to the annual Tarmstedt Exhibition, a major trade fair focusing on agriculture, agricultural technology, commerce, renewable energies, animal breeding, home and garden, and leisure. Exhibitors have access to extensive outdoor areas and several tent halls. Stand spaces can be rented for the duration of the fair, either outdoors or in a hall, depending on availability.
The services offered to exhibitors include practical support related to participation and stand operation. These include, among other things, electrical connections, selected equipment and advertising services, as well as organizational support for delivery, setup, and dismantling. For planning purposes, there are binding terms and conditions and information regarding space allocation, procedures, and additional services. This provides companies and organizations with a framework to present their products and services to a large audience of trade visitors and other guests.
The site covers more than 18 hectares. During the exhibition, demonstrations, animal shows, expert information, and a supporting program complement the trade fair offerings. The event usually takes place on the second weekend of July. The next scheduled date is July 9–12, 2027. For event planners, the site is particularly attractive as an established trade fair infrastructure with exhibition space. Rental and organization are geared towards the Tarmstedt exhibition; therefore, organizers of independent events should inquire directly about the possibility of separate use.
