The Veranda at the Preserve

Set among more than 200 acres of rolling greens, pine trees and water views, The Veranda at the Preserve offers a picturesque setting for weddings and other gatherings on Alabama’s Gulf Coast. The property sits beside an 18-hole championship golf course, while Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are a short drive away. Its secluded grounds give organisers a choice of natural backdrops for ceremonies, receptions and photographs, with the coast and local attractions close by for guests.

The venue combines indoor and outdoor areas in an open-plan setting. Its website welcomes events ranging from intimate ceremonies to larger celebrations, and promotes the property for weddings, corporate retreats, festivals and concerts. Wedding packages can include access to ceremony locations, a reception area, a bridal suite, dressing space, tables and chairs, a dance floor, parking and an on-site venue representative. Package details and arrangements can be discussed with the venue team, allowing organisers to consider the space and facilities that best suit their plans.

The grounds also offer a distinctive backdrop for company gatherings and social events, particularly for organisers looking for a setting that feels removed from the bustle of the nearby beach towns. Additional services listed by the venue include wedding-planning support, an officiant, DJ services, floral options and décor add-ons. Organisers can arrange a tour to view the property, explore possible layouts and discuss the requirements of their event. With its combination of landscaped grounds, flexible event spaces and Gulf Coast location, The Veranda at the Preserve is suited to celebrations that make the surroundings part of the occasion.
