THJCA Events

THJCA Events offers indoor spaces for private celebrations, community gatherings and business functions in Tampa, Florida. At the heart of the venue is a Grand Auditorium Hall with adjacent auxiliary space, suited to larger occasions such as wedding receptions, parties, dinners, concerts and dances. The auditorium is listed for up to 250 seated guests or 299 standing, giving organisers room to plan different layouts and styles of event.

For smaller gatherings, the centre also makes additional rooms available, including a business conference room, a lounge area and an outside bistro space. Organisers can enquire about hiring these spaces by the hour, or reserve the main hall for a longer period. The venue provides optional equipment such as a projector and screen, microphones and speakers, and a podium. Wi-Fi is available, while tables and chairs are included in the rental cost according to the venue’s booking information.

THJCA accepts reservation requests from individuals, groups and organisations, with proposed uses reviewed by the venue team. Its published event guidance covers weddings, organisational meetings, dinners, parties and other approved activities. Bookings require advance planning, and organisers should check current availability, rates, rental conditions and any additional requirements directly with the venue.

The facility is operated by the Tampa Heights Junior Civic Association, a non-profit focused on youth development and community support. Revenue from event bookings helps fund that work, so hiring the space also contributes to local programmes. The venue is in Tampa Heights, with reservations handled by the event team. It is a practical option for organisers looking for adaptable indoor function space with several room choices and a community purpose.
