Located at 25 rue Paul Grappillard in Saint-Agnan, Espace du Moulin is a multi-purpose municipal hall available for rent for events and gatherings. Its main hall can accommodate up to 180 people. A smaller room can also be reserved to provide additional space as needed for your event.

The venue is primarily available for rent on weekends, from Friday afternoon to Monday morning, as well as on some public holidays. It is suitable for family celebrations, association meals, local gatherings, or other events requiring a flexible space. Rates vary between residents and non-residents, and booking requests are subject to approval by the town hall.

The provided furniture includes tables and chairs, with storage trolleys for easy setup. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with oven, a refrigerator-freezer, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The venue also features a stage and a bar area. A 44-space car park is located nearby, and the ground-level entrance and accessible restrooms further enhance accessibility.

Organizers can therefore prepare their reception in a municipal space equipped with the essential facilities for welcoming guests and organizing service. Rental conditions, availability, and booking procedures must be confirmed directly with the Saint-Agnan town hall. The renter remains responsible for setting up, tidying, and cleaning the spaces after the event.
