The Bauerhaus

The Bauerhaus is a private event venue in Evansville, Indiana, set within 15 acres of parkland. Organisers can host weddings, corporate functions and private celebrations in a multi-level indoor space, with the surrounding grounds available for outdoor ceremonies, company picnics and other gatherings. The venue offers a choice of areas, including a main floor, an upper level with a balcony overlooking the main room, and a lower dining room. Events are held privately, so organisers can plan around the space without another booking taking place at the same time.

Weddings are a particular focus. Couples can arrange a ceremony and reception at the same location, with an indoor alternative available for outdoor ceremonies if the weather turns. Wedding packages may bring together the meal, bar service, cake or desserts, décor, DJ services and day-of coordination. Venue staff also assist with planning and can take care of setting up and clearing away personal decorations.

The Bauerhaus also caters for birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, reunions, retirement celebrations, galas and celebrations of life. For businesses, the venue can host meetings, luncheons, seminars, banquets and seasonal parties, with support for room setup, menus, bar arrangements and audio-visual needs. Its catering team offers buffet, plated, cocktail-style and food-station service, with options for events held at the venue or at other locations in the area. Company picnics can make use of the park, indoor dining facilities, food service and group games. With venue space, food and planning support available through one team, organisers can shape an event around their guest numbers and occasion.
