The Institute for Fun and Society is a club and versatile event venue in Passau. Located in a former freight depot near the train station, the premises offer a distinctive setting for events with a unique character. The club focuses on electronic music and parties. During the summer break, the beer garden is used for open-air events, including a series of electronic music nights.

The premises can also be booked for private and business events, such as birthdays, company functions, summer parties, and Christmas celebrations. Depending on the occasion and desired atmosphere, the flexible spaces can accommodate groups of varying sizes. As a guideline, the venue can hold approximately 60 to 800 people. Instead of a standard package, a customized offer is prepared for each request.

This venue is therefore ideal for event organizers seeking a special location for a celebration, party, or corporate event. The club setting provides the perfect infrastructure and atmosphere for music events, while the beer garden offers an outdoor option during the summer months. The website also lists club activities, events, and catering as services offered. Interested parties can discuss their ideas and planned scope directly with the team to determine which rooms and services best suit their event. Furthermore, its proximity to Passau train station ensures excellent accessibility within the city center.
