Pfiffner Building

Pfiffner Building is a city-run venue available to hire in Pfiffner Pioneer Park, beside the Wisconsin River in Stevens Point. Its rustic character and open layout make it a practical setting for private celebrations, community gatherings and other organised events. The main room measures 2,670 square feet and can accommodate up to 150 people, giving organisers room to arrange the space for their plans.

The rental includes a range of tables and chairs, along with bar sections, so groups have useful basics on site. A separate kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and refrigerator, and indoor restrooms are provided. The building is wheelchair accessible, with parking close by for guests. Organisers can also make use of an 840-square-foot deck adjoining the main room. It faces the river and has a wheelchair ramp, creating an additional place for guests to mingle or enjoy the outdoor setting.

Outside, the building sits within a park with a grassy area and a paved river path nearby. This gives guests the option to spend time outdoors before or during a gathering, while keeping the rented room as a convenient base. Reservations are handled through the City of Stevens Point’s Parks, Recreation and Forestry department, and current rental information is published by the city. Pfiffner Building offers organisers a straightforward venue hire option with indoor facilities, outdoor space and a distinctive waterfront location.
