The Brick District Playhouse

The Brick District Playhouse is a historic theatre in downtown Fulton, Missouri, available to hire for private celebrations, community gatherings and professional events. Its 1928 heritage setting combines original architectural character with renovated facilities, giving organisers a distinctive backdrop for weddings, receptions, anniversary parties, showers, reunions, meetings, presentations, concerts and theatrical performances.

The venue offers several areas to suit different formats. The main theatre has a raised stage beneath a decorative proscenium arch, a tiered seating area, dual presentation screens and an upper mezzanine with balcony. Organisers can choose theatre-style seating or arrange tables for a meal or reception. Seated performances and presentations can accommodate up to 275 guests, while table layouts for weddings and other gatherings can host up to 175. A separate front-of-house area is available for smaller functions.

Tables and chairs are included with theatre rentals, and the venue can be arranged around the needs of each event. Couples and organisers may bring in an approved outside caterer and bar service, so menus and suppliers can be selected to suit the occasion. A Playhouse team member is present to assist with vendor coordination and venue questions. The indoor space is climate-controlled and has Wi-Fi, with wheelchair access available apart from the balcony. The venue is in Fulton’s historic Brick District, close to local shops, restaurants, public parking and nearby accommodation. Organisers can enquire about dates and arrange a tour by appointment.
