Ideal Collection

Ideal Collection brings together a group of hospitality venues across Hampshire and West Sussex, with settings suited to organisers looking for a place to host a celebration, gathering or business event. The collection includes the waterside Boathouse venues at Swanwick and Chichester, traditional pubs such as The Bugle and The White Horse, and Kimbridge Barn near Romsey, which has dedicated weddings and events facilities.

Each location has a different atmosphere, so organisers can choose a setting that fits the occasion. The Boathouse Swanwick sits beside the marina and offers a relaxed harbour-side backdrop for social get-togethers. For events that call for a dedicated function space, Kimbridge Barn provides a characterful barn, a tearoom and outdoor areas. The team can discuss arrangements for weddings, private celebrations and corporate occasions, including food and drink options.

The venues serve menus shaped around seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, with hospitality provided by their own teams. Availability, room options and arrangements differ by location, so event planners should enquire with the venue they have in mind. Ideal Collection also runs regular experiences and happenings across its sites, adding to the choice for groups seeking a meal or a planned occasion. From an intimate gathering to a larger celebration, its range of distinctive settings offers organisers several ways to bring people together in the south of England.
