The Weserbergland Center in Hameln offers event spaces for conferences, trade fairs, concerts, balls, and other business or festive occasions. The rooms are spread across three levels and can be combined in various ways depending on the format and number of guests. Approximately 700 square meters are available on the ground floor. Movable walls allow for division into several halls, enabling the use of both individual event areas and larger, contiguous spaces.

Additional space is available in the basement for exhibitions and trade fairs. Together with the ground floor, this provides approximately 1,200 square meters of usable space. Ground-level access for deliveries and a freight elevator facilitate setup. Three group rooms on the upper floor are suitable for smaller meetings, workshops, or supplementary program elements. They offer natural light, air conditioning, and dimmable lighting; two of the rooms can be further subdivided.

The capacity depends on the seating arrangement and type of event. Conferences can accommodate up to 350 people. For concerts, up to 700 seats can be set up, depending on the room layout. For balls, up to 450 guests are possible, depending on the dance floor and table configuration. Dressing rooms with showers, toilets, and access to the stage complete the facilities.

The center is located on the town hall square and is connected to an underground parking garage. A hotel with guest rooms and additional conference facilities, as well as the Hameln Theatre, are directly connected. Event organizers can request catering quotes from various partner restaurants. The venue management team provides planning support and helps to select rooms and equipment that best suit the specific event.
