The Lodge at Hidden Mountain Resort

The Lodge at Hidden Mountain Resort offers event organisers a rustic log-cabin setting in Sevierville, close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Set within a gated resort community, it hosts weddings and receptions, family reunions, church and corporate retreats, birthday celebrations, anniversaries and other group occasions. The main room seats up to 120 guests at tables, with larger gatherings possible when arranged without tables or with additional seating.

Inside, the timber character is complemented by a prominent stone fireplace, seasonal decorations, a grand piano and built-in audiovisual equipment with wireless microphones. A full catering kitchen gives organisers the option to bring in their chosen food suppliers. The venue also has screened and covered porches, creating useful spaces for guests to mingle or take a break outdoors while enjoying the mountain setting. Tables and chairs are available, and organisers can select their own caterers, DJs, florists, photographers and rental suppliers.

For smaller gatherings, the separate Bluff View room on the lower level can be booked for meetings, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners and intimate receptions. It has its own entrance, kitchen, restrooms and covered porch, and can also serve as additional preparation space when the main Lodge is booked. The venue is available for full-day hire, with extra days bookable when organisers need time for set-up or clearing away.

Guests can pair an event with accommodation in the resort’s cabins, cottages or villas, including large cabins suited to groups. This makes the property a practical choice for celebrations and retreats where attendees want to stay together near the venue.
