Barnside Place

Barnside Place is a private event venue in Brusly, Louisiana, set in a renovated former golf clubhouse. Its modern farmhouse character offers a comfortable setting for organisers planning weddings, receptions, family celebrations, showers, birthday parties, reunions and other gatherings. The venue has a main hall with a maximum capacity of 300 people, as well as a separate bar area that can accommodate up to 50 guests. Organisers can enquire about hiring the main hall with the bar or booking the bar space on its own, with rental periods and pricing varying by day and length of hire.

The venue provides a flexible indoor space for hosts to arrange their event to suit the occasion. Barnside Place does not provide catering or beverages, so organisers can make their own arrangements. The kitchen is available for food storage, preparation and presentation, and the venue allows approved caterers to use it. This gives planners the option to coordinate their preferred food service while using the hall for dining, socialising and celebrations. Bar service and alcohol arrangements are also the organiser’s responsibility, with the venue setting requirements for events serving alcohol.

Located on a five-acre property, Barnside Place brings together the character of its former clubhouse with a renovated interior designed for gatherings. Its event booking process starts with an enquiry that includes the preferred date, timing and estimated guest count. The team can then discuss availability and prepare an event-specific rental agreement. For planners seeking a locally based venue with a distinct farmhouse feel, a spacious main hall and a separate bar option, Barnside Place offers a bookable setting for private and community occasions in the Brusly area.
