The Southerly Venues

The Southerly Venues offers event spaces in Opelika, Alabama, for organisers planning weddings, rehearsal dinners, banquets, Greek events, nonprofit functions and other celebrations. Its collection includes The Southerly Warehouse and The Osage, alongside Pavilion Park, an outdoor event space. The venues provide different settings for gatherings, from historic interiors with original brickwork, timber details and distinctive chandeliers to an open-air option for outdoor occasions.

Organisers can choose from wedding and non-wedding packages, with pricing and included services tailored to the type of celebration. Venue rentals include tables, chairs and linens, while additional options may include stage hire, specialist furniture, décor and room changes. The venue team also provides a day-of coordinator to help with venue logistics, timeline guidance, setting out included furniture and vendor unloading. This support is focused on the venue rather than managing all outside suppliers, so planners can work with their own event team and vendors.

The spaces are suited to both personal and group celebrations, including wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, banquets and other large gatherings. Couples can enquire about wedding-specific packages, while organisers of other events can ask about options designed for their occasion. A tour can help planners compare the available spaces and discuss dates, layouts and package details. Located in Opelika’s historic district, The Southerly Venues brings together characterful indoor rooms and an outdoor pavilion setting for events in the Opelika and Auburn area.
