Carson Creek Estate

Carson Creek Estate offers a private, nature-rich setting for weddings and other gatherings near Lake Samish in Bellingham, Washington. Its 20-acre grounds bring together meadows, woodland trails, gardens and creeks, with views towards Lookout Mountain. Couples can choose outdoor ceremony locations among the trees or on the lawn, then move indoors for a reception in the estate’s 7,000-square-foot barn. Tents are also available to help accommodate outdoor plans.

The venue is designed for more than weddings. It welcomes elopements, showers, birthday celebrations, corporate events, retreats, church gatherings and celebrations of life. For smaller functions, the estate offers hourly event hire, while larger occasions can use the barn and grounds. The venue’s event facilities include indoor bathrooms, parking, tables and chairs, and set-up and take-down of tables and chairs with event rental. Additional included equipment varies by package and can include tableware, farm tables, outdoor furniture and games.

Wedding parties have dedicated bridal and groom’s suites, and the bridal suite includes lounge seating, hair and make-up stations and a private bathroom. Five guest suites at the estate can accommodate up to 14 overnight guests, making it possible for some of the wedding party to stay close to the celebration. The venue also lists nearby accommodation options for guests who need additional rooms.

Organisers can choose their own caterer, and the estate provides guidance on its event policies, planning requirements and available packages. Carson Creek Estate is suited to couples and organisers looking for flexible indoor and outdoor event space in a rural Pacific Northwest setting.
