The Vault Event Center

The Vault Event Center is a flexible venue in downtown Suisun City, available to hire for private celebrations, weddings and business events. Its approximately 3,000-square-foot space combines a modern interior with decorative details, including chandelier lighting and photo-ready backdrops. Organisers can use the indoor area and a private outdoor patio, choosing a layout to suit their plans. The venue lists capacity for up to 110 seated guests, with larger numbers possible for standing and networking arrangements.

The space suits a wide range of occasions, from wedding ceremonies and receptions to birthdays, engagement parties, bridal and baby showers, retirement gatherings, fundraisers and celebrations of life. Business organisers can also enquire about meetings, workshops, team offsites, networking events, brand launches, product displays and photoshoots. Wedding packages are available for smaller celebrations, with all-inclusive options for micro weddings and receptions.

Venue hire includes tables and chairs, and the facilities include a kitchenette, accessible restrooms, heating and air conditioning, a host suite or changing room, Bluetooth speakers, a mobile bar and a champagne or dessert cart. Black linen is included with some bookings and can be hired for others. Organisers may bring their own licensed and insured suppliers, while the venue can also share a preferred-vendor list. A security guard may be required for certain events, and renters need to arrange liability insurance.

The venue is near Suisun’s waterfront district, restaurants and local transport links. Organisers can request a pricing guide, check availability and arrange a tour or phone consultation before booking. The Vault accepts reservations for upcoming dates and invites prospective clients to discuss event requirements directly with its team.
