Heroncrest Event Center

Heroncrest Event Center is a lakeside venue in Elm Springs, Arkansas, for organisers planning weddings, business gatherings and a wide range of private or community events. Its setting beside Lake Elmdale combines a large indoor Great Hall with outdoor areas, giving planners options for an entirely indoor occasion or a format that makes use of both the building and grounds. Panoramic water views and natural light provide a distinctive backdrop, while the venue’s flexible layout can accommodate banquets, receptions, meetings, fundraisers, cultural events and live performances.

The Great Hall covers 7,300 square feet, within a building of around 14,000 square feet. For larger gatherings, the venue also offers a lakeside patio, landscaped lawns and several outdoor ceremony locations. Heroncrest states that the site can host banquets for up to 700 guests, with total event capacity reaching 1,000. Wedding bookings include exclusive use of the venue, two private dressing suites, and access to a substantial collection of tables and chairs, with set-up included. The grounds also provide private paved parking and accessible facilities.

For corporate, non-profit and other event organisers, the venue offers flexibility around suppliers, with no requirement to use a particular audio-visual, food or beverage provider. Practical amenities include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, adaptable lighting, a commercial preparation kitchen and on-site support for cleaning, security and traffic management. Heroncrest also highlights sustainability measures, including sorting waste for recycling and composting, solar power with battery backup, and electric vehicle charging.
