Butler Machinery Arena

Butler Machinery Arena is a large, flexible event venue on the Red River Valley Fairgrounds in West Fargo, North Dakota. The space is available to organisers planning a wide range of gatherings, including conventions, markets, weddings, meetings, concerts and private celebrations. Its open layout can be arranged to suit different event plans, from larger-format occasions to a more intimate set-up within the arena.

The venue’s scale and adaptable floor make it a practical choice for events that need room for guests, displays or varied seating arrangements. Organisers can discuss their event requirements with the fairgrounds’ rentals team and enquire about availability through the facility rental form. A conference room is also available at the arena for smaller meetings or conferences, offering an option for gatherings that do not need the full main space.

Located within an established fairgrounds site, Butler Machinery Arena benefits from a convenient West Fargo location and free parking across the grounds. The surrounding facilities host a varied calendar, while the arena itself is offered for private and business bookings outside those events. Couples can consider the space for a wedding, and businesses or community groups can enquire about using it for meetings, markets, conventions and other functions. The venue’s flexible arrangement means organisers can discuss a configuration suited to their guests and event format rather than relying on a single fixed room layout.
